Refund and Cancellation POLICY
One Day Events

SUBSTITUTIONS
If you are unable to attend the event, we welcome another person attending in your place at no additional cost. Hence, you are allowed to resell your ticket or pass it on.
However, all requests for substitutions must be received in writing via email to info@lukemurray.fit at least 24 hours before the event with the full name and contact email for both the registered and replacement persons. Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation.
DATE CHANGE
If you cannot attend an event, we allow participants to postpone their tickets to another like-for-like event by sending an email to info@lukemurray.fit no less than 1 week in advance of the event date.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to info@lukemurray.fit in advance of the event. Full refunds (minus any booking fees) will be given to participants if they cancel no less than 2 weeks in advance of the event date.
Due to the close proximity to the event start time (making it difficult to resell your ticket) and having to pay for venues, food, ice and equipment in advance, regretfully we are unable to offer refunds for those who cancel with less than 2 weeks notice.
Failure to attend
Regretfully, we are not able to offer refunds to participants who fail to attend the event. This include cancellations within 2 weeks of the event start time.
CANCELLATION BY LUKEMURRAY.FIT
If due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel an event all participants will be informed as soon as possible and either a full refund will be made or their ticket will be transferred to the next available date. However, we accept no responsibility for covering travel, hotel or any other costs incurred by participants.
Online Events

Should you decide to purchase an online coaching programme, course, class or any personalised product from this Site then you will enter into a contract of sale with us at the point of sale. If you change your mind about purchasing you are entitled to a refund for the 14 days following the purchase or no less than 48 hours in advance of the event start date. Should your online coaching programme, course or class start within that 14 day period and you decide to cancel then you will be refunded, but the amount of any coaching sessions or value received will be deducted from your refund. Deductions will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. If you make an electronic purchase then you will be sent a link for a direct download. At the point of purchase, you will be asked to confirm your express consent to receiving the download immediately. In agreeing to receive the download at the point of purchase you will lose your right to cancel and your right to a refund. Should you have any questions about your purchase we will be happy to assist.
